We will have the 6am class ONLY on Friday. The evening class is cancelled so that everybody can enjoy their holiday, guilt free. Enjoy your night off, and have a fun and safe holiday.

We will be open again first thing at 8am on Saturday, so don’t worry if you overdo it on Halloween candy. You can sweat it out with us over the weekend…

Please note our schedule changes for Columbus Day Weekend:

Saturday 10/11: Regular classes (8am and 10am)
Sunday 10/12: Regular classes (10am and 4pm)
Monday 10/13: 9:30am class ONLY (special time!)

We will NOT be having the regular class times on Monday – just one class at 9:30am so that you can enjoy the rest of your day off. Have a wonderful weekend everybody, and I’ll see you soon!
