Friday October 30th at 5pm

Come to yoga in costume the Friday before Halloween and you could win a prize! First place gets a choice of yoga mat or water bottle. Second place gets a one-week supply of coconut water. Yes, the room will still be HOT! Get creative!!

This is our Friday night community class, which means it is a pay-what-you-can DONATION class for those who do not have packages with us. All are welcome to come and celebrate with us!

Join us for a special class on Sunday October 25th with guest teacher Teri Almquist from Massachusetts! Teri will teach the 10am Bikram yoga class followed by a FREE one hour Q&A session from noon-1pm.
