We will be open on Thanksgiving this year with ONE class at 8am! There will also be one class on 11/27, Black Friday, at 9:30am. (All other classes are cancelled.) Continuing our tradition, we will have a $10 drop-in rate for both these “holiday” classes. Our annual members, autopay members, and staff (karma yogis and teachers) can bring a guest to class on these days for free!

We are offering FREE YOGA for veterans and active military throughout the month of November. All veterans and military are eligible for 30 days of free yoga at our studio, starting any time during November. (It does NOT have to be your first time at our studio.) SATURDAY NOVEMBER 21ST. This one-hour beginner’s workshop will teach the fundamentals of meditation practice. We will learn meditation practices and then apply them to our yoga asana practice. This is a practical, “hands on” workshop, not a lecture – expect to participate and ask questions!
