Yoga & Meditation Workshop

Saturday April 9th, noon – 1:30pm. This 90 minute beginner’s workshop will teach the fundamentals of meditation practice. We will learn meditation practices and then apply them to our yoga asana practice. This is a practical, “hands on” workshop, not a lecture – expect to participate and ask questions!

Bending for Beagles

Join us at 8am on Sunday April 3rd for a donation-only class benefiting the Beagle Freedom Project! This class is hosted by our teacher Steph and her beagle Lily. Last year we raised almost $300 – this year you can help us beat that! There’s no minimum donation, and all funds go to charity. Beginners always welcome – just bring a mat and a towel and be prepared to SWEAT.

Springtime Music Class

Enjoy your yoga practice set to classical music! On the evening of Monday March 21st, to mark the beginning of Spring, our 5pm and 7pm classes will both be done to music. We will do our regular Bikram yoga practice, but without the verbal instruction – just the sweet sounds of Vivaldi and Bach. (No first time students, please.) This is a fabulous way to relax in your practice and mark the passing of the seasons.

March Posture Workshop

Our March workshop will cover the “balancing series”. We’ll talk about what it means to “lock the knee” and take a closer look at standing head to knee, standing bow pulling pose, and balancing stick pose.
