Check out our new class! Restorative yoga with Ariadne Greenberg begins on May 2nd, and will meet on Monday nights at 7pm and Thursday mornings at 9:30am. Enjoy restorative postures with deep stretching, pranayama (breathing), and use of meditation techniques.
