SAT. SEPTEMBER 17TH, NOON – 1:30PM: Join us for the return of one of our favorite workshops! This 90 minute beginner’s workshop teaches the fundamentals of meditation practice. Our Boston-based instructor Rich Ray has practiced Zen Buddhist meditation and yoga for 19 years. He trained at a silent monastery in California for 4 years, he has taught prison yoga and meditation programs in CA and NH, and he has made 5 trips to India to study yoga.
