Mindfulness Workshop with Ariadne

SATURDAY NOV 19TH, 1:00 – 3:30PM. Just in time for the busy holiday season! In this workshop, you will explore simple mindfulness techniques that can bring greater peace and calm into your hectic everyday life.

Halloween Party Classes
