New Class: Restorative Yoga

Check out our new class! Restorative yoga with Ariadne Greenberg begins on May 2nd, and will meet on Monday nights at 7pm and Thursday mornings at 9:30am. Enjoy restorative postures with deep stretching, pranayama (breathing), and use of meditation techniques. Yoga Challenge – Stuck in the Middle with You

Yoga Challenge – The First Week!

We’ve just finished our first FULL week of our January yoga challenge, and we are having a blast! We’ve got 45 students and teachers taking the challenge this year, with goals ranging from 10 classes up to 30 classes in the month of January.
