February Posture Workshop

SATURDAY FEB 11TH, NOON – 1PM. Our second posture workshop of the year will cover one of the trickiest parts of the Bikram yoga class: the balancing series! Winter Solstice Candlelight Classes

WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 21ST: Our favorite holiday tradition returns! Enjoy a candlelit yoga practice set to music to welcome the winter solstice. Our 5pm and 7pm classes on Wednesday December 21st will be set to music with minimal verbal instruction.
