Labor Day & Fall Schedule

LABOR DAY WEEKEND: We will have a limited class schedule for Labor Day Weekend so that our staff can enjoy the holiday with their friends and family! Come take class with us in the morning on Saturday and Sunday, and then enjoy the nice weather outside.

Saturday Sept 3rd: Classes at 8am & 10am
Sunday Sept 4th: Class at 10am only (no 4pm)

Yoga in the Park

SUNDAY AUGUST 21ST – 10am class at Colt State Par

Free Day of Yoga!

AUGUST 17TH – Join us on Wednesday August 17th as we celebrate our 2 year anniversary with a free day of yoga!

Free Yoga for Dads

Celebrate Father’s Day with us and bring a dad to yoga! We’ll have our regular class schedule this Sunday the 19th, with class at 10am and 4pm, and dads practice for free. This is a great excuse to get your father, your husband, or yourself into a yoga class. Dad who already practice with us are welcome to bring their kids for free instead. Kids under age 12 can come and try the second half of class (the floor series).
