Great news, yogis: all 6am classes will be a $10 drop-in for the month of November!
We have 6am classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you’ve never tried early morning yoga, this is the perfect time for it! As the temperatures drop and the days get shorter, it can be tempting to steal a few extra minutes of sleep. But if you start your day with hot yoga, you will feel warm and energized for the rest of the morning. And if you can get into the habit NOW, you’ll have a better chance of sticking with it through the winter.
I can tell you guys that I am absolutely NOT a morning person and I always thought that exercise before 8am was cruel and unusual punishment. But I’ve started taking more early classes since opening the studio, and I am surprised at how much I like them! The hot room feels great in the morning, the class goes by fast, and I always feel more focused and productive for the rest of the day. It’s also one of my favorite classes to teach, because the 6am students are always so dedicated and focused. Plus, sometimes it’s the only time that I CAN take class, so it’s 6am or nothing – and I hate missing yoga!
