SATURDAY NOVEMBER 21ST. This one-hour beginner’s workshop will teach the fundamentals of meditation practice. We will learn meditation practices and then apply them to our yoga asana practice. This is a practical, “hands on” workshop, not a lecture – expect to participate and ask questions!
Bring a couple of towels or a cushion to sit on, and wear comfortable clothing. (The room will not be hot.) The cost of the workshop is $20 per person. All students are welcome. Bring an open mind and a sense of curiosity!
